If your group has less than 8 people, we will schedule your group for the third floor study room or the study room in the Academic Skills Center.  The conference room is a shared space and more than one group can use the room at a time. Requests for the Conference/Study Rooms must be made 24 hours in advance. Please limit your time in the conference and study rooms to four hour blocks. Also, the conference room can not be used as a substitute for your assigned classrooms. Please limit the use of the conference room as classroom space to once a week.
