Other info that might be helpful like do you outsource IT roles, unique situations/technology, etc : TeleVantage is a Windows 2003 Server with the TeleVantage TeleComm software. We support the server and the administration of all telecomm tasks. We have SST in Savannah remote in to assist with upgrades as well as any major failures we need help getting through. In my almost 3 years, I've only called them once outside of our yearly upgrades.
