3.  How much of a priority is it to have easy accessibility and close proximity of smaller play areas, parks and open spaces to Hammonton’s downtown and neighborhoods?  [Rate 1-5 (1 being highest – 5 being lowest)]
4.  If an area can be identified, do you see the idea of a greenway\bikeway connecting downtown with Hammonton Lake Park as something that should be actively pursued?


5.  Do you see the idea of creating a bike way network as something that should actively be pursued? (Note: Given the limited space available, it is likely that much of a bikeway system will involve shared roadways.)


6.  Almost 1/3 of the land in Hammonton is located within the Wharton State Forest.  At present there does not seem to be a strong connection between the main part of town and this great expanse of open space.  Do you feel that the development of some type of access point or entrance way into the forest should be discussed between the town and the NJ Division of Parks and Forestry to create a strong connection between the town the forest?




8.  How important is it for the town to develop flexible facilities that would provide areas for alternative activities and sports such as skateboarding, inline skating, BMX biking, etc.? [Rate 1-5 (1 being highest – 5 being lowest)]
9.  The Town has begun a number of improvements at Hammonton Lake Park such as the Senior/Community Center and Clean Flow, and will soon embark on a parking project.  What other things would you like to see happen at the Hammonton Lake Park?
